"My canoe slipped quietly through the morning mist. The sounds of chattering red squirrels and distant calls of the ever present loons of Algonquin heralded the dawn. On the eastern horizon the summer sun sent its first golden rays over the treeline. I have never experienced such beauty, peace and tranquility. I felt like I was the only inhabitant in this land. The moment was mine."
