When the long day was done and the cattle and horses were bedded down for the night, there was a little time before bed or a turn riding night herd, for some music and song around the campfire. Many of our old familiar tunes have been handed down over the years, and are now occasionally performed around the fire or most often revived at many of the "Cowboy" gatherings that have been held in recent years. This was created to honor those musicians and singers who have contributed to our "Cowboy Culture".
