Judy Blake
Judy Blake BC Artist
Judy has recently discovered that the intricate detail in scratchboard art appeals to her, as well as the rich colour of acrylic. Hence, scratchboard and acrylic art are the mediums through which Judy now chooses to exhibit her love of western and wildlife themes. A self-taught artist in scratchboard art and acrylics, Judy finds that the "western" way of life appeals to her artistan's thirst for capturing in scratchboard art and acrylic a sense of hard work and fierce determination. The dramatist in Judy finds fulfillment in the starkness and simplicity of scratchboard and acrylic paintings; a medium which vividly portrays the intensity in wildlife, and the inherent adventure in western motifs. Whether it be the challenge of capturing the wild expression in a cougar's eyes, or the loving gaze of a beloved pet; or revealing the pride in the face of a cowboy, Judy finds joy and fulfillment in bringing these emotions to life.

Ed Eaton
Ed Eaton Alberta Artist
Digital & Mixed Media Art
Born in York, England and now residing in Calgary.
Ed has backgrounds in such diverse fields as art & design, antique watch restoration and computer imaging. Mixing the hands on world of collage and assemblage with cutting edge computer graphics technology, he creates bright and intricate abstract images.
'I have several tools that I used in my restoration work that were as useful today as the day when they were made 60 or 70 years ago. A computer programme can become obsolete in a couple of years. I try and bring ideas from both these disciplines into my work.'
All of Ed's work, digital and traditional, is available in print form.

Lynn Hauer
Lynn Hauer Visionary Artist
Lynn displayed a certain affinity to 'see pictures' from the early days of operating his parent's box cameras. Being self-taught in photography has allowed a unique and uninhibited light to shine from this medium. Since becoming serious about art 25 years ago, he has explored many directions. Maturing over the past ten years has seen to a well-seasoned yet unpredictable marriage of medium, technique, style, and approach.

While always having expressed individual spirituality in his art; his main inspiration and gridline are now the Bible and Jesus Christ himself. Photography is the art of seeing. "Pictures need a reason to be born."

Anne Klar
A Snowy Night - By Anne Klar 3D Scuptural Artist
Artist Anne Klar's "Wonderfully Alive Three Dimensional Sculptural Paintings" take you back to another time. The ingenuity of her two hands coupled with her vibrant imagination, come together to create 3D works of Art that reach out off the canvas and touch the heart.

Working primarily in clay, Anne Klar magically breathes life into her creations. Creating texture upon texture, her innovative process exudes an energy that can only dazzle and excite the viewer.

Anne Klar's Fine Art Prints have the illusion of 3D making them "one of a kind". They can be purchased from her Online Gallery.

Lisa Kozokowsky
Lisa Kozokowsky
Her iconic work pushes the boundries between traditional and the contemporary abstractive landscape. An inspired student of Turner, her visions are thick and atmospheric; full of colour and movement. This energy bursts through Kozokowsky's rich abstractive landscapes, creating powerfully intriging works that float between contemporary and historic painting styles.

Kozokowsky's oversized canvases in a combination of oils, metals and encaustics portray western images. Her inspiration for her uniquely "wild woman" style is drawn from the rich colors and gold leaf of the Canadian contemporary landscape, as well as the rich natural resources of our own topography.
