Stephen Seguin![]() |
Stephen James S'guin, born 1986 in Etobicoke, Canada.
"I started off in 'story time,' some sort of preschool in which I could draw and paint all I wanted while people would read me stories. This was important for me as I developed an interest in drawing. Soon after, at the age of four, I attended my first year of kindergarten in which I continued in my interests, I would gain confidence as other classmates would praise my accomplishments; the first to successfully write my own name. By senior kindergarten, I was able to draw decipherable pictures. I intend to attend an arts college someday to gain some official credit of an artist's background and perhaps take up a career in my interest. But for now, I'll just concentrate on finishing high school." |
Daniel Taylor![]() |
Living in the interior of British Columbia is a wildlife artists dream. This fortunate move to such wonderful surroundings has been a great adventure indeed! The senses are, at times, overwhelmed by the demanding imageries-shadow, depth, color, warmth, smells and sounds. No matter where you look, the ever changing moods are stirred, bringing forth the "More then you can handle" impressions of life around us.
By no means has the earlier process of my work as a portrait artist come to an end, far from it! The raising of my four children has offered me an endless variety of child life paintings in a land of a thousand and more lakes and in the adventures in the life of a child. |

Jennifer Watier![]() |
In 2006 I developed my focus on some very colourful and humorous art that was quite different from my usual style. The first painting quickly picked up attention from collectors across canada even before I had it in print. I had many requests for prints and collectors asking if their would be more paintings in the series. Thus was born my "LARGER THAN LIFE" limited edition series about 3 retired ladies traveling the world and enjoying everyday life and the things it brings along. The full series is in print, and greeting card sets are also available.
Although I will still continue to paint humour and try new types of art, my first love will always be wildlife. I tend to paint what ever I love, be it land or sea, as I feel no subject is off limits to the imagination. |

Michele Zarb![]() |
Beyond technical ability, Michele feels an artist's biggest challenge is to evoke emotion. To capture a fleeting moment or mood, involving the viewer in more than a photographic translation. She mixes traditional subject matter with non-traditional style and flair. Her work offers a wide range of media that knows no bounds, captivating the imagination and delighting the sense of sight. Michele's diverse work portrays the full range of human emotion, from thoughtful quiet images to vibrant, colorful, and exciting portrayals.

She gives demonstrations and workshops for many art clubs and associations throughout southern Alberta. |
