Vacancies occur through attrition and the Association follows with interest any potential new members that wish to join. When the initial contact is made the structure of the club, its policies, and by-laws are explained. Printed materials including application forms are mailed to any serious applicant and a date is set for a presentation of the art work to a jury.
The Association adjudicates the paintings in January and the successful candidates are welcomed.
