This very red rock unveils itself gradually to those who seek it's unique splendour. Located minutes from the town of Waterton. This special place has a way of making one feel totally relaxed while we almost forget how rare this geological gem is.
"I straddled the rocks to get an interesting "wolf's eye view" of this fascinating stream and obvious volcanically formed quarry. The white quartz rock layered on a steep angle and the incredibly red rock accented by the deep greens of the grasses and shrubbery. What stories this valley tells."
