Late Spring on the Clyde

This river runs through our County , Lanark, here in Ontario. It was in late spring with the last of the snow hiding in only the darkest and coolest of places. A large flock of geese had just flown by, heading north .The great trumpeting honks were bouncing off the river. It was lovely to hear them, the fading sounds drifted, like a wayward branch swirling and twirling in the currents of the Clyde, straining till you could see it no more.
