This scene was definitely a spur of the moment one! I was photographing some dogs on the shorelines of the Oregon coast when this youngster came down the beach pushing his plastic truck, which kept getting stuck in the sand. My inspiration came from the obvious determination and focus on his play as well as the reflection in the wet sand and the play of sunlight in his very blond hair.
