An emerging artist, Patricia Guzm'n was born in M'xico City. Specializing in equestrian paintings; Paty loves to portray light, movement, and transparencies with her favorite medium: Watercolor. And oils are capturing her attention now.
Raised in an artistic environment -her dad is a painter as well-, she started to create her own style since graduating from high school. A self taught artist, her paintings are being recognized now by an international market.
Horses have captured her attention since she was a little girl. The first paintings she ever sold were as an exchange of riding lessons with her teacher. She's been linked to them ever since.
With the great support of her husband Marco, both have achieved enormous challenges. In their spare times, they love going outdoors, hiking, doing rock climbing, skiing and snowboarding. Marco specializes in Rope Access Work, Tattoos and Photography. He takes the photographs for Patricia's paintings.
Mi biograf'a
Patricia Guzm'n naci' en la Ciudad de M'xico. Una artista emergente, cuya especialidad es la pintura ecuestre. Le encanta retratar la luz, el movimiento y las transparencias con su medio favorito: la acuarela. Aunque el 'leo est' capturando su atenci'n.
Creci' en un ambiente art'stico -su pap' es pintor-, y empez' a crear su propio estilo desde que sali' de la preparatoria. Autodidacta, sus pinturas empiezan a ser reconocidas internacionalmente.
Los caballos han capturado su atenci'n desde que era una ni'a. Vendi' sus primeras pinturas a la maestra que le ense'' a montar. Es su tema favorito, le encanta tratar de retratar esa fuerza, misterio, carisma, lo que los hace tan 'nicos y bellos.
Con el gran apoyo de su esposo Marco, los dos han alcanzado retos enormes. En sus tiempos libres les encanta escalar, caminar, hacer ski y snowboard. Marco es t'cnico de trabajos verticales, fot'grafo y hace tatuajes. 'l toma las fotos para las pinturas de Patricia.
