Using Las Vegas as a base, I rented a car and drove to Death Valley National Park looking for photographic opportunities. I came across the Eureka Dunes, they are only three miles long and a mile wide, yet are one of the tallest sand dunes in North America. Using a 500 mm telephoto lens, I was able to show a different perspective to the highly photographed dunes.
