This photograph was taken in Edmonton outside of a department store. I was late for an outing and had to make a last minute purchase, as I was about to walk into the store and noticed that the late afternoon light was transcending upon this beautiful dog. I ran back to my vehicle, grabbed a camera and took about five or six images. Throughout the whole process this incredible dog never moved and kept the same stoic look on his face. Sometimes, serendipitous images involve an element of being in the right place at the right time or just plain luck.
