Wendy Grove

Biography

Wendy Grove is a Canadian landscape artist. She has travelled extensively throughout the Alberta and British Columbia foothills and boreal forests, both on foot and on horseback, to photograph and sketch the impressive forest and other natural environments from which her paintings are derived.

Four solo and six group exhibitions have included her forest, forest water, prairie landscape and evening sky impressions.

Grove received her Diploma (with Distinction) in painting and her Bachelor of Fine Arts (Hons) from the Alberta College of Art and Design.

She is represented in numerous private, public and corporate collections. Public collections include the Alberta Foundation for the Arts, the Protocol Office of the Prime Minister and the Department of External Affairs, Government of Nicaragua. Corporate collections include Pan Canadian Petroleum, Yorkton Securities and Richardson Greenshields.
