"For as long as I can remember, I've had a desire to make and design things, referred to as a composer of never ending ideas and continual exploration.”

Born and raised in Vancouver, she has been working in the arts since she was a little girl and inspired by a family of artists. She worked for decades as an ER nurse and in disaster planning but creativity has always been a part of her life.

Her recent Wildlife Series was inspired after returning from Africa with an exciting compilation of photos. Other series includes familiar places and things in BC. Her railways and structures are portrayed beyond a realistic viewpoint and many times you will find hidden phrases, equations or a hint of gold. Known as the Gold Artist to some, she incorporates gold and other metals in many of her pieces. Over the decades she has curated several galleries, shows and events.

She has done both solo and group shows across the continent, including New York City. She has been the recipient of numerous awards of recognition and remains a Signature Member with the Federation of Canadian Artists, WAC, AiOM and other creative societies.
