Roxanne Driedger

Artists -> Roxanne Driedger

Roxanne believes art speaks to people, and through it we share our ideals, passions, memories and emotions.

A successful painting is one that makes a personal connection with the viewer.

Roxanne lives in Muskoka where there is an abundance of lakes, rivers, colourful bedrock and forest  that provide an endless supply of inspiration. The majority of her work focuses on the elements of northern landscape from the haunting barrenness of Georgian Bay, to the quartz cliffs of Killarney, to the brooding wilderness of Algonquin Park.

Roxanne works in oil, alla prima on canvas.  Painting outdoors is always preferred though not always possible so her camera is always within reach.
