William F Philpott
William Philpott is an emerging professional artist, practicing in rural Saskatchewan, focusing on the contemporary rural lifestyle.
He is the son of a purebred Charolais and Shorthorn cattle breeder and has matured as an artist with an intimate knowledge of his subjects that he portrayed naturally.
William is an expressive artist who studied at Medicine Hat College receiving a college diploma in visual communications focusing on fine art.
William continues to create art capturing the day to day livelihood of the local Saskatchewan farmer.
Recent exhibitions of 2016 include winning at the Swift Current arts council regional Adjudication, Moose Jaw cultural centres' Father's Day tribute solo exhibition, and Gallery on the Bridges Saskatoon City Hospital Solo exhibition.
