Artists -> Catherine P Robertson AFCA

Since 1975,  I have loved to draw and paint the local landscape of the beautiful west coast of British Columbia and the wildlife that lives there.

My paintings are generally in acrylic,  after many years of using oils, and my drawings are done using the first-class Prismacolour coloured pencils and black ink.

I've been an active member of several art societies and associations as well as an active member of the Mondial Art Academia in Southern France,  and  the  Federation of Canadian Artists for many years and my work has won several awards over the years.

I hope my paintings and drawings will give the viewer some enjoyment and pleasure and that they will encourage the need for conservation and protection of both wildlife and habitat.

I paint what I love and I love what is beautiful.
